Gabrielle Little is the founder and CEO of The scRUMptious Dessert, a Dayton-based boozy bakery redefining how adults experience dessert. For the past five years, Gabrielle has built a bold, fast-growing brand known for its liquor-infused Bundt-style rum cakes and immersive “scRUMptious Experience,” where dessert becomes indulgent, memorable, and unmistakably grown.
What began as a passion project has evolved into a multi-channel dessert business with retail, pop-up, wholesale, and experiential activations.
